How To Reset Samsung Galaxy S7 Active to Factory Settings

  • Choose the Galaxy S7 Active from the menu on the left.
  • Select the “Erase Device” option from below the device information.
  • Select the “Erase” button on the popup.
  • Enter your Samsung Account password to confirm and send the task to your phone.

Factory reset Samsung S7 Active via Settings

Android Oreo

  • Open the ‘Settingsʼ app.
  • Tap ˊGeneral managementˋ and then tap Reset.

  • Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

  • Press “Factory data reset”.
  • Touch ‘RESETʼ.
  • Tap ˊDELETE ALLˋ. Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored.
