(Port) Rom VIVO S9 For ZTE v970 / v970M

My ZTE v970 is currently running XDA Recognized Developer superdragonpt’s VIVO S9 rom port with Vivo UI and Android version 4.1.1 for the past few weeks and I haven’t had a single bug or issue with it yet. Ports can be daily drivers.

Warning!!
-Install this custom ROM only on the ZTE v970 / v970M model. Do not attempt to install it on any other devices.
-Use the CWM Recovery to create a full backup of the existing ROM. This backup will be helpful in case you don’t like the new ROM.
-Charge your device’s battery before installing the new ROM. This will prevent the device from powering off while you’re flashing the new update.

How To Install

Download and Copy the file on your SD-CARD.

Power off your phone.

Turn your phone on in recovery mode (by pressing VOLUME UP + POWER buttons).

Make a backup. Select “backup and restore”. And then select “backup”. When it is done select “Go Back”.

Select Wipe/Data Factory.

Select Wipe Cache Partition.

Go to advanced and select wipe dalvik cache.

Go back to the main menu.

Select “Install zip from sdcard” –> “Choose zip from sdcard” –> Now select “VIVO_zte_v970_Beta2.0.zip” –> Select “Yes”

Go back to main menu and select Reboot.

After installing the ROM flashing patch file and go to Recovery:
Wipe Cache and Dalvik
Install this Patch
Wipe Cache and Dalvik and Reboot
